| 摘 要： | 目的对北海市辖区连续3年麻疹减毒活疫苗（measles vaccine,MV）强化免疫活动实施效果评价,探讨控制麻疹措施。方法利用该市辖区2007-2009年对8月龄～10岁儿童MV强化免疫报告接种率,麻疹发病情况及现场调查资料和法定麻疹报告系统资料进行描述性分析。结果该市辖区2007-2009年MV强化免疫报告疫苗接种率和现场调查接种率达95%以上,零剂次儿童接种率达96.5%以上,2007-2009年麻疹发病率分别为3.00/10万、1.30/10万、0.17/10万。结论该市辖区经连续3年MV强化免疫后,疫情迅速得到有效控制。
