Abstract:The preparation and optimization of thin-walled injection molding high-fluidity and high-rigidity polypropylene composite materials for automobiles were introduced.A thin-wall injection molding high-fluidity and high-rigidity polypropylene composite material for automobiles was obtained by using the combination of high-flow anti-tiger skin texture polypropylene(PP),coated talc masterbatch(to solve the compatibility of talc and PP),ternary copolymer PP[to solve the compatibility of ethylene and octene copolymer(POE)and PP]three main types,as well as K resin,silicone and other additives,combining with the special design of the thin-wall injection mold in the reinforcement and buckle parts,comprehensively combining the crystallization,fluidity,dispersion,compatibility,shear viscosity and process and other factors.The materials have a density of 1.05 g/cm3,a melt index of 45 g/10min,a flexural modulus(maximum)1919 MPa,and an impact strength of 42 kJ/cm2.The tensile strength is 19 MPa,the thickness of the molded product is 2.1 mm(≤2.2 mm),and the surface of the manufactured part has no sink marks or deformation.
