Abstract:Taking polycarbonate diol(PCDL)as soft segments and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),toluene diisocyanate(TDI),diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and six-subunit diisocyanate(HDI)as hard segments,the waterborne polyurethane(WPU)with different composition were synthesized by acetone method.The influence of hard segment type on the structure and performance of PCDL-type WPU was studied.The results show that aromatic WPU has better mechanical properties and thermal stability,while aliphatic WPU has better flexibility and adhesion.
