摘    要:新冠疫情期间,课程团队按照“高阶性、创新性、挑战性”的网络课程建设思路,对发酵工程课程教学体系进行了精心构建,并基于清华教育在线网络教学平台(THEOL)进行了在线课程建设工作,同时进行了教学实施。通过对教学效果分析表明,发酵工程在线课程教学体系设计合理,促进学生进行自主学习,提高教学质量,同时可为后疫情时代网络课程的建设提供思路和经验。

Abstract:During the COVID-19 outbreak,the course team constructed the fermentation engineering course teaching system carefully according to the idea of“advanced,innovative and challenging”online course construction,and the teaching system was carried out based on the Tsinghua Education Online Network Teaching Platform(THEOL).The analysis of the teaching effect shows that the design of the fermentation engineering online course teaching system is reasonable,which can promote students to learn independently,improve the quality of teaching,and provide ideas and experience for the construction of online courses in the post-epidemic era.
