摘    要:以最大补偿载荷4 500 kN、补偿精度90%的钻柱升沉补偿装置为例,分析不同结构类型和工作原理钻柱升沉补偿装置的性能参数和优缺点,及其工程适应性。针对不同的作业需求,从作业效率、结构重心、钻台布局、作业成本、操作维护性等方面进行比较分析,为在深水钻机设计中选择钻柱升沉偿方案提供指导。

Abstract:Taking a drill string heave compensator with a maximum compensation load of 4 500 kN and a compensation accuracy of 90% as an example, the performance parameters, advantages, and disadvantages of drill string heave compensator of different structure types and working principles, and their engineering adaptability were analyzed. According to different operation requirements, a comparative analysis was carried out from the aspects of operation efficiency, structure center of gravity, drill floor layout, operation cost, operation, and maintenance, etc., to provide principled guidance for selecting drill string heave compensation schemes in the design of deepwater drilling rigs.
