Abstract:Under the pressure of national environmental protection and the background of double cycle at home and abroad,due to the excellent characteristics of bio based and degradable plastics,the selection of bio based plastics and degradable plastics were one of the solutions.At present,the recovery system of bio based and degradable plastics in China was imperfect,incompatible with the existing recycling system and high price.Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen supervision,guide positively and accelerate the research and development of recycling technology to accelerate the use of bio based and degradable plastics in China.
