严重急性呼吸综合征的X线诊断价值(附30例报告)

目的探讨X线检查对严重急性呼吸综合征的诊断价值。资料与方法对30例已确诊为严重急性呼吸综合征患者的X线影像及临床资料进行总结分析。结果胸部X线表现为：肺纹理增多18例(60％)，增粗10例(33．3％)；肺纹理增多伴网状阴影7例(23．3％)，磨玻璃状阴影3例(10％)，斑片状阴影12例(40％)，片状阴影7例(23．3％)。X线改变出现较晚、吸收慢，与肺部体征相对较轻不相符。结论严重急性呼吸综合征X线表现各异。结合流行病学史、临床表现及实验室检查可明确诊断。

Radiodiagnostic Value of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome:Reports of 30 Cases

Objective To evaluate X rays diagnostic value of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).Materials and Methods Chest films and clinical data of 30 cases with SARS were retrospectively analyzed.Results Chest X rays findings were as follows: increased lung markings in 18 cases (62%), enlarged lung markings in 10 (34.5%); enhanced lung markings with reticular shadows in 7 cases (24.1%), ground glass opacity in 3 (10%), mottling shadows in 12 (40%) and patchy shadows in 7 (23.3%). X ray abnormity was present later and absorbed slower, which was not consistent with the mild clinical respiratory signs.Conclusion SARS carries a variety of X rays appearances. The combined use of epidemiologic history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging exams can make a definite diagnosis.
