| 摘 要： | 目的:评价周剂量紫杉醇联合DDP治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和毒性反应。方法:紫杉醇60mg/m2静脉点滴d1、8、15,DDP25mg/m2静滴d1、8、15,4周为1周期,2周期评价疗效。结果:32例患者CR0例、PR12例、SD13例、PD7例,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发。结论:周剂量紫杉醇联合DDP治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,不良反应可控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the short-term efficacy and toxic reaction of taxol administered weekly plus cisplatin(DDP) in the treatment of nonsmall-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).METHODS: 32 NSCLC patients were assigned to receive intravenous infusions of taxol(60mg/m~2) and cisplatin(25mg/m~2) on days 1,8 and 15,with 4 weeks in one cycle of treatment.The efficacy was evaluated 2 cycles later.RESULTS: Of the 32 patients,none showed CR,12 showed partial response(PR),13 stable disease(SD) was noted in 13,and progressive disease(PD) in 7.The ADRs were characterized by myelosuppression and calvities.CONCLUSION: Weekly dose taxol plus cisplatin were satisfactory in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC,and its ADRs were under control. |
