| 摘 要： | 目的总结肾移植术后肺部感染患者治疗过程中抗菌药物的应用体会. 方法对23例肾移植术后肺部感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析. 结果 22例存活,1例死亡,未发生明显不良反应及移植肾排斥反应. 结论对于肾移植术后肺部感染患者,综合治疗是基础,正确选择抗菌药物并及早应用是治疗的关键.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate rational application of antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary infection after kidney transplantation. METHODS Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 23 patients who suffered from pulmonary infection after kidney transplantation. RESULTS All patients received rational treatment of antibiotics. We found 22 patients survived and one died after kidney transplantation. No side-effects of antibiotics and graft-rejection were observed. CONCLUSIONS Comprehensive treatment is very important in treatment of pulmonary infection after kidney transplantation. Early and rational application of antibiotics is of the first choice. |
