| 摘 要： | 采用苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定了６例健康人单剂口服２０ｍｇ／ｋｇα－羧乙基锗倍半氧化物后血清药浓度，人体内药物动力学过程符合单室模型，主要参数Ｋ０．３２１ｈ－１，Ｋａ１．２２１ｈ－１，Ｔ１／２２．１６１ｈ，Ｔｍａｘ１．８８５ｈ，Ｃｍａｘ１２．７６１μｇ／ｍｌ。
