| 摘 要： | 目的观察八珍汤加味对肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少症的预防作用。方法将62例肿瘤化疗患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例予化疗前1周服用八珍汤加味,对照组30例予化疗前1周服用肝醇片、肌苷片。2组均于化疗结束后10日停用。结果治疗组用药后白细胞减少的发生率为25%,对照组为70%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论八珍汤加味对预防化疗后白细胞减少具有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen decoction on the treatment of leucopenia after chemotherapy.Methods 62 patients with tumor after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=30) administrated Batilol Tablets and Inosine Tablets before chemotherapy.And patients in treatment group((n=32)) administrated Bazhen decoction before chemotherapy.Termination of administration after 10 days.Result The incidence rate of leucopenia in treatment group(25%) was lower than that in control group(70%,P<0.01) after treatment.Conclusion Bazhen decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of leucopenia after chemotherapy. |
