| 摘 要： | 目的：观察仙方活命饮加减坐浴对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法：将70例肛周脓肿术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组35例术后24h后应用仙方活命饮加减坐浴，对照组35例术后24h应用1：5000的高锰酸钾液坐浴。观察2组病例的创面腐肉脱落时间、创面水肿时间及创面愈合时间等。结果：治疗组在术后疼痛、创面腐肉脱落、创面红肿消退情况及创面愈合等方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：仙方活命饮加减坐浴能够有效促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合。
