优质护理在小儿湿疹中的应用

目的 观察优质护理干预应用于小儿湿疹的应用效果。方法 选择2020年4月-2021年10月就诊 于湖北省大冶市人民医院儿科的52例湿疹患儿作为观察对象，按照不同护理模式分为常规组和研究组， 各26例，常规组采取常规护理模式，研究组采取优质护理模式。比较两组护理总有效率、湿疹面积及严 重程度指数（EASI评分）、生活质量评分。结果 研究组护理总有效率高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；护理前两组EASI评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后两组EASI评分均降低，且 研究组低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理前，两组生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意 义（P＞0.05）；护理后，两组生活质量评分均高于护理前，且研究组高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 小儿湿疹应用优质护理干预模式能够加速症状消退，减轻湿疹严重程度，提高患儿生活 质量，值得临床应用。

Application of High-quality Nursing in Infantile Eczema

Objective To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention on infantile eczema. Methods A total of 52 children with eczema who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Daye People''s Hospital of Hubei Province from April 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the observation objects. According to different nursing modes, they were divided into routine group and study group, with 26 cases in each group. The routine group adopted routine nursing mode, and the study group adopted high quality nursing mode. The total effective rate of nursing, eczema area and severity index (EASI score) and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in EASI score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); after nursing, the EASI scores of the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the study group was higher than the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention mode in children with eczema can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms, reduce the severity of eczema, and improve the quality of life of children, which is worthy of clinical application.
