基于TL494的恒流电源设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于TL494 PWM控制芯片的恒流电源方案,该电流源具有输出可调和实时电流值显示功能。全文由恒流电源的系统组成,软件仿真和硬件实测数据及波形三部分组成。软件仿真使用Pspice,通过仿真确定了大致的系统参数和负反馈闭环控制PI参数。硬件实测使用Tektronix示波器,实测波形与仿真波形对比表明软件仿真的正确性。实验测试表明该恒流源具有性能可靠、纹波电流小、控制精度高、抗干扰能力强和实用性好等特点。

Abstract:This papar introduces a design method of a DC current source with a PWM control chip TL494. The output current of the DC current source should be controllable and enable realtime display. The paper is composed of three main parts, which are hardware structure, software simulation and experimentally measured waveforms. The software simulation is made with PSpice, through which approximate component parameters and negative feedback closed-loop controller PI parameters are determined. Experimental measurement is made with a Tektronix oscilloscope. The measured waveforms are compared with the simulated waveforms, which shows great consistency between them. The result is a practical DC current source with high reliability, small ripple current, high precision, and good EMC performance.
