| 摘 要： | [目的]观察清热解毒宣肺止咳中药免煎剂治疗小儿的疗咽喉炎性咳嗽疗效。[方法]将60随机分为两组。治疗组30例使用清热解毒宣肺止咳中药免煎剂,对照组30例口服头孢克洛分散片。[结果]治疗7d进行疗效判定。治疗组痊愈18例,显效5例,有效4例,无效3例。对照组痊愈8例,显效6例,有效6例,无效10例。总有效率治疗组90.00%优于对照组66.67%(P<0.05)。[结论]清热解毒宣肺止咳中药免煎剂治疗小儿咽喉炎性咳嗽疗效满意。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The objective of this experiment is to observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine free decoction which can be used to treat the children with faucitis cough.[Methods] The treatment group uses traditional Chinese medicine free decoction,which has the efficacy of clearing heat and expelling miasma,diffusing the lung and suppressing cough,to make a treatment plan.The control group is treated with cefaclorceclor dispersible tablets.[Result] The two rates are significantly different(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine free decoction has a significant efficacy in treating children with faucitis cough. |
