| 摘 要： | 目的]观察麦门冬汤加减治疗慢性咳嗽疗效。方法]将80例随机分为两组,对照组40例西药常规治疗。治疗组40例麦门冬汤加味,治疗1周后调整,咳嗽症状缓解后继续巩固治疗1～2月。两组均治疗12周后停药随访观察疗效。结果]治疗12周治疗组与对照组均有改善,两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。随访3个月痊愈率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论]麦门冬汤加减治疗慢性咳嗽疗效满意。
