摘    要:中储式钢球磨煤机制粉系统是一个多变量,大惯性,大迟延,三输入三输出的强耦合系统。针对强耦合多变量特性,依据解耦补偿原理和模糊控制的思想,提出了一种新的解耦方法——利用模糊规则进行补偿解耦。介绍了将解耦补偿器的模型模糊化,由模糊规则实现的解耦算法,并由此设计了新型的磨煤机控制系统。对300 MW机组球磨机制粉系统的仿真结果表明:该方法具有较好的解耦能力,动态和静态特性,从而验证了利用模糊规则实现解耦是有效的。

Abstract:Ball mill coal pulverized system is a complex multivariate object with strong coupling,great inertia and heavy delay which has three inputs and three outputs.According to the decoupling compensation and fuzzy control theory,a new kind of decoupling control strategy in which fuzzy rules were used for compensation was put forward for the strongly multivariable coupling ball mill coal pulverized system.The decoupling algorithm realized by fuzzy rules was used to replace the compensating model,with which a new ball mill control system was designed.With the simulation of a 300 MW unit load system,the new method proved to be effective with good dynamic characteristic,static characteristic and decoupling ability.
