基于OIML R46国际建议的智能电能表设计

摘    要:基于OIML R46国际建议的智能电能表在国内第一代智能电能表的基础上,结合国际高端表计的设计理念,功能上既能符合OIML R46国际建议,又能满足智能电网发展要求。该表采用面向对象的DL/T 698.45协议,实现计量芯和管理芯的"双芯"设计,"双芯"独立运行,管理芯软件支持远程升级,并且支持各种通信资源,能适应未来计量、通信、柔性电价的要求。随着后续OIML R46国际建议在国内落地,该表的设计将投入批量生产中,有着非常广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The smart meter of OIML R46 international recommendation is based on the first generation of smart meters and design concept of foreign high-end meters.Its function can meet the requirements of OIML R46 international recommendation, and also can meet the requirements of smart grid development.The design adopts object-oriented DL/T 698.45 protocol and the dual core including metering core and management core.The dual core can be operated independently.And the software of management core supports remote upgrade and communication modes.New meters based on the design can adapt to the requirement of metering, communication and flexible electricity price in the future.With the OIML R46 international recommendation used in China, the new meters will be put into mass production with wide application prospect.
