摘    要:提出了一种基于电压比例技术实现毫伏级交流电压量值溯源的方法,该方法采用级联结构感应分压器,通过一步传递过程将交流电压量程覆盖2 mV~200 mV,相比于国际上普遍采用的微电位计法实现交流电压向下扩展的方案而言,该方法缩短了量值传递路径,减少了多步传递所引起的不确定度累积,从而提高了毫伏级交流电压测量的准确性。

Abstract:This paper proposed a new method based on the use of the voltage ratio technique to measure the AC voltage at mV level.This method extends the voltage ranges from 2 mV to 200 mV with only one step by meaning of the cascaded design inductive voltage divider.Compared with scale down scheme of AC voltage through micro-potentiometers method, this method greatly reduced transfer paths and decreased accumulation of measurement errors caused by the many steps transfer and improved the measurement accuracy of the AC voltage measurement at mV level.
