锂中和EMD对Li-MnO_2电池性能的影响

摘    要:研究了锂中和电解二氧化锰(LiEMD)对锂二氧化锰(Li-MnO_2)一次电池内阻、开路电压及放电性能的影响。钠中和电解二氧化锰(NaEMD)、LiEMD制备的Li-MnO_2新鲜电池的平均内阻为330.9 mΩ、325.9 mΩ;60℃存储后平均内阻为569.7 mΩ、408.7 mΩ;80℃存储后平均内阻为1 090.1 mΩ、852.3 mΩ;LiEMD制备的电池内阻更低、分布一致性更好。高温存储后LiEMD制备的电池容量均比NaEMD高。LiEMD有利于提高电池的内阻电压一致性和存储性能。

Abstract:The effects of lithium neutralized electrolytic manganese dioxide (LiEMD) on internal resistance,open circuit voltage (OCV) and discharge performance of Li-MnO2 battery were studied.Compared sodium neutralized electrolytic manganese dioxide (NaEMD) with LiEMD,the average internal resistances were 330.9 mΩ and 325.9 mΩ(fresh battery),569.7 mΩ and 408.7 mΩ (after 60 ℃ storage),1 090.1 mΩ and 852.3 mΩ(after 80 ℃ storage).The average internal resistance of LiEMD was less than NaEMD significantly,the coherence of distribution was more superior.After high temperature storage,the capacity of battery prepared by LiEMD was higher than NaEMD.The coherence of internal resistance and OCV distribution and storage performance of battery were improved by LiEMD.
