含氮气三相泡沫惰化火区的机理及应用研究

摘    要:针对漏风较大的火区,提出了采用含氮气三相泡沫惰化的新技术.建立了含氮气三相泡沫惰化有漏风源封闭火区的数学模型,得出了影响三相泡沫惰化效果的主要因素和三相泡沫惰化火区的机理.应用含氮气三相泡沫对特大型煤矿井下火区进行了成功的惰化,防止了瓦斯爆炸,保证了施工安全.研究结果表明:含氮气三相泡沫克服了普通注氮方式下注入火区的氮气易随漏风源很快流失的缺点,增强了火区惰化状态的持久性.

Abstract:The new approach ground fire zone with big air 1 was put forward that utilized three-phase foam containing nitrogen to make under eakage keep inert. The mathematic model was set up to investigate the inerting effect of three-phase foam on the sealed zone of mine fire. Accordingly, the major factors determining the inerting effect were obtained as well as the inerting mechanism. Beyond that, an example was presented that three-phase foam containing nitrogen was successfully applied to make a super-large zone of underground mine fire remain inert This prevented gas explosion and protected the safety of the mine rescue team members. The results indicate that the three-phase foam is much better at the long-standing inerting effect than the general mode of infusion of nitrogen that is easy to leak out of fire zone quickly.
