FMG公司ROCKY粉的试验室试验及生产应用

摘    要:介绍FMG公司ROCKY粉的试验室试验及在武钢烧结厂的使用情况。指出烧结配用ROCKY粉对提高烧结速度和烧结矿产量是有利的,但其配比不宜过大。从ROCKY粉在武钢的使用情况看,烧结搭配使用10%(全料配比)以内的ROCKY粉,烧结机利用系数提高,烧结矿的转鼓强度以及还原度和低温还原粉化率变化不大,烧结各项操作参数稳定,而且使用ROCKY粉时,要想获得较好的烧结指标的关键是优化配矿结构。
