卫星传输在3G应急通信中应用

目前应急通信接入最常见采用卫星传输实现了语音的保障,这已经非常成熟。但随着第三代移动通信技术（3G）应用的推广,发生重大灾难事件和重大集会也对3G服务的迫切需求,而往往此时有线接入传输无法到达的情况下,利用卫星传输显得尤为重要。因此现主要就基于卫星传输的3G应急通信可行性作探讨,对实现的原理和技术关键点进行阐述。利用卫星传输,3G业务在应急通信中得以应用,使得应急通信服务更为丰富。

Appliaction of Satellite Transmission in 3G Emergency Communication

The satellite transmission is often used in emergency voice communication.However,with the popularity of 3G applications,the requirement of 3G service in natural disasters and important meetings,and especially when there is no possibility to realize wired connection,the satellite transmission would play an important role.This paper explores the possibility of 3G emergency communication based on satellite transmission,tells of its principle and critical technology.The application of 3 service based on satellite transmission in emergency communication would certainly enrich the emergency communication services.
