摘    要:目前油田劳务派遣用工总量达1.3万人,部分单位劳务派遣人员已成为基层生产中的主力军。要解决劳务派遣用工中存在的问题,需建立和完善劳务派遣管理体系,稳定被派遣劳动者队伍,提高被派遣劳动者的职业技能,调动他们的工作积极性,实现劳动用工的和谐,推动油田可持续发展。

Abstract:Current total of labor dispatch amounts to 13000 people in Jianghan Oilfield,some of which have been the mianforce of bottom line in some work units.In order to solve the issues existing in labor dispatch,the author advocates setting up a sound management system,stabilizing the team and improving their occupational skills,thus inciting their work enthusiasm to acquire a harmonious labor employment and promote sustainable growth.
