| 摘 要： | 从城市公共绿地的防灾功能入手,分析了城市避难的必要性及重要性,并以成都活水公园为案例,分析了城市防灾公共绿地的规划,进而对城市防灾绿地体系与避难空间规划进行初步探讨,以期对我国发展城市防灾绿地规划建设提供指导。
