| 摘 要： | 以某钢厂板坯连铸结晶器为原型，采用1：1的水模型研究方法，系统地研究了不同连铸工艺和操作参数下，结晶器边部保护渣卷入同结晶器液面波动和表面流速之间的关系，结果得出临界卷渣液面波动值和临界卷渣表面流速值。

| Abstract: | Based on the slab caster mold of a steelmaking plant as a prototype, the effects of edge entrapped mold powder on the liquid level fluctuation and the surface flow velocity in the mould under different casting technological parameters have been studied by water modeling with 1 ： 1 ratio. The results provide critical values of edge entrapped mold powder to the liquid level fluctuation and the surface flow velocity in the mould. |
