上海地区汉族人单胺氧化酶基因微卫星DNA多态性研究

摘    要:应用扩增片段长度多态性技术,分析单胺氧化酶基因的MAOA(CA)。力MAOBI(GT)n2个基因座的微卫星DNA多态性。在246名(男性122人,女性124人)无血缘关系上海地区汉族人中检出MAOA(CA)n基因座8-种等位基因(110-124bp)和19种基因型。

Abstract:The microsatellit DNA polymorphism analyses of MAO A (CA)n and MAO B(GT)n locus in monoamine oxidase (MAO) gene were carried out by amplified fragment length polymorphism (Amp-FLP) techniques. Among 246 unrelated Chinese individuals (122 meles and 124 females), 8 alleies (size: 110~124bp) and 19 genotypes (in females) of MAOA (CA)n locus were observed. The heterozygosity was 0. 706 6, and the polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0. 704 7. In a sample of 238 unrelated Chinese individuals (119 males and 119 females), 12 alleles (size: 170~194bp) and 26 genotypes (in females) of MAOB(GT)n locus were observed. Its heterozygosity and PIC were 0. 772 7 and 0. 770 5, respectively.The Chi-square tests statistically supported that these genotyping distribution of these two loci were consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The family study demonstrated that MAOA(CA)n and MAOB(GT)n loci were X-linked inheritance. These genetic markers are of great significance of medical genetics and population genetics.
