腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法经病史询问、妇科检查、B超、血β—HCG及后穹窿穿刺检查高度疑似异位妊娠患者128例，随机分为腹腔镜手术组64例、传统开腹手术组64例。比较两组手术术中出血及术后恢复情况。结果在术中失血量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院天数等方面，腹腔镜手术明显优于传统开腹手术。结论异位妊娠患者选用腹腔镜手术优于传统开腹手术。但传统开腹手术亦不能完全被取代，技术要求不高、费用低，适合基层医院。

Clinical Analysis of Tubal Pregnancy Treated with Laparoscopy and Laparotomy

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy for women with tubal pregnancy. Methods 128 patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by gynecological examination, transvaginal ultrasound and bloodβ-HCG inspection, they were equally divided into two groups, 64 cases were treated with laparoscopic operation, and 64 cases were treated with open operation. Results There were significant difference in the blood loss during operation, recovery time of anal exsufflation, time to out-of-bed activity, and time of hospitalization between two groups. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation is superior to open operation in the treatment of tubal pregnancy, but open operation is not absolutely replaced.
