摘    要:介绍了超细镍粉在MLCC中的应用进展,针对MLCC内电极用镍粉的性能要求,详细地综述了相关超细镍粉的几种制备方法,包括液相还原法、喷雾热解法、等离子法、气相法和固相分解法等。最后,对MLCC内电极用超细镍粉的发展方向作了展望。

Abstract:The development of the application of ultrafine nickel powders in MLCC and the properties of the nickel powders were briefly introduced. Then several preparation methods of ultrafine nickel powders used in MLCC were reviewed, including liquid phase reduction, spray pyrolysis, plasma method, gas method and solid decomposition. In the end, the prospect of the ultrafine nickel powders used in MLCC was discussed.
