宫腔镜下宫内节育器致子宫异常出血的矫治

目的：研究探讨宫腔镜对于宫内节育器导致子宫异常出血的临床疗效。方法：随机抽取2012年1月-2012年12月广东省因放置宫内节育器（IUD）而导致子宫异常出血的120例患者，随机分为两组。治疗组予以宫腔镜取环术加电切术联合吲哚美辛治疗，对照组仅予以吲哚美辛治疗。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗后3个月的经期、经量和血红蛋白水平。对比两组患者治疗3个月后的月经改善情况。对比两组患者治疗后的薄化子宫内膜厚度。结果：两组患者治疗3个月后均较治疗前经期缩短、经量减少、血红蛋白水平上升，但治疗组治疗后的经期显著短于对照组、经量显著少于对照组，血红蛋白水平显著高于对照组，P〈0．01；治疗组治疗后的薄化子宫内膜厚度显著大于对照组，P〈0．01；治疗组的月经改善情况显著优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：采取宫腔镜矫治IUD导致子宫异常出血，可以有效、安全地在取环的同时改善患者一般情况及生活质量，值得临床应用。

Treating abnormal uterine bleeding caused by IUD by hysteroscope

Objective： To study clinical effects ofhysteroscope on abnormal uterine bleeding caused by IUD. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given hysteroscope surgery and transurethral resection plus indomethacin, the control group was given indomethacin solo. Results： In 3 months, the menstrual period was shortened, the amount of menstrual was reduced, and hemoglobin levels were increased. Compared with the control group, the menstrual period was shorter, the amount of menstrual was less, the hemoglobin levels was higher, P〈0.01; thinning endometrial was significantly thicker, P〈0.01; the improvement of menstrual was better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Hysteroscope can effectively and safety improve the general condition of patients and quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
