| 摘 要： | 用层次分析法建立住宅性能评价模型,确定住宅性能的指标体系。并进一步构造判断矩阵确定各指标的权重。同时根据各指标的权重,结合灰色关联理论将现实住宅同理想模型间的关联程度进行了系统的分析,将复杂的问题简单化,将抽象的问题具体化,将量化结果与定性分析完美结合,为广大消费者提供一种实用的评价工具。

| Abstract: | The paper applies the analytic hierarchy process to establish the performance evaluation model for residential,and to determine the index system of residential properties.It also constructs comparison matrix to determine the weight of each index.This paper makes use of the Grey Correlation Degree Analysis on residential real and ideal model to simplify the complex issues,quantitative results and qualitative analysis of the perfect combination.With this approach,the paper provides consumers with a practical evaluation tool. |
