心理护理对腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术后患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨先天性无阴道腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术患者术前术后的心理问题及特点，制定相应的护理措施，提高先天性无阴道腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术患者术后的生活质量。方法将2007年1月至2009年6月期间在我院妇科接受腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术的60例先天性无阴道患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例，对试验组术前术后的心理问题进行探讨，制定相应的护理措施；对对照组进行常规健康指导。以自制的调查问卷对两组患者术后3个月的生活质量进行调查，分析其影响效果。结果试验组患者术后3个月性生活满意率为84％，没有患者出现心理障碍；对照组患者术后3个月性生活满意率为50％，有3例患者存在心理障碍。结论对先天性无阴道腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术患者进行术前术后的心理护理，能大大提高其术后的生活质量。

Effect of psychological care on the life quality of patient treated with laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty

Objective To investigate the patients＇ preoperative and postoperative characteristics of psychological problems who were congenital absence of vagina laparoseopic peritoneal vaginoplasty and develop appropriate care measures to improve their postoperative quality of life. Methods From January 2007 to June 2009, 60 cases with gynecological laparoseopie peritoneal vaginoplasty were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The test group was investigated preoperative and postoperative psychological problems and given appropriate care measures, and the control group was given routine health guidance. All the patients were investigated the quality of their lives by serf - made questionnaire in 3 months after the vagina figuration to analyze its effect. Results Life satisfaction rate in the test group was 84%, and there was no psychological disorder patients; life satisfaction rate in the control group was 50%, and there were three cases of patients with the existence of psychological barriers. Conclusion The psychological preoperative and postoperative care can greatly improve the life quality of patients with congenital absence of vagina, who are treated with laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty.
