CO高温变换催化剂浸渍条件研究

摘    要:采用γ-Al2O3作载体,Ni2+、Cu2+和Mn2+水溶液为浸渍液,进行制备无铬CO高温变换催化剂浸渍条件的研究。由实验数据回归出Ni2+、Cu2+和Mn2+活性组分在载体上的浸渍动力学方程,得到Ni2+、Cu2+和Mn2+组分在载体上浸渍的速率常数为:kNi2+= 0.000 2,kCu2+=0.000 2,kMn2+=0.001 6。Freundlich等温吸附表达式为:lnCNi2+=-0.000 2 t+4.447 4,lnCCu2+=-0.000 2 t+4.590 9和lnCMn2+=-0.001 6 t+3.589 5。考察了催化剂中活性组分含量与共浸渍组分浓度的关系,并得出从浸前液浓度来预测和控制催化剂成品中Ni2+、Cu2+和Mn2+活性组分含量的经验式。

Abstract:The impregnation conditions for preparation of chromium-free high-temperature carbon monoxide shift catalyst supported on γ-Al2O3 were studied. A kinetic equation for impregnation onto the support was obtained by regression of the experimental data,with rate constant of the active component Ni2+,Cu2+ and Mn2+ as follows: kNi2+= 0.000 2,kCu2+=0.000 2,kMn2+=0.001 6.The Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation was also obtained as follows:lnCNi2+=-0.000 2 t+4.447 4;lnCCu2+=-0.000 2 t+4.590 9;lnCMn2+=-0.001 6 t+3.589 5).The relationship between concentration of the co-impregnation solution and content of active components in the catalyst was investigated, and an empirical equation for predicting and controlling content of active components in the catalyst by concentration of impregnation solution was obtained, too.
