| 摘 要： | 在连铸生产过程中，二冷段是影响铸坯质量的重要环节，二冷段中的弯曲／矫直段是内裂和中心偏析等质量问题的易发区域，它们与二冷段铸坯的应变状况有着紧密的联系，这些参数不能在线测量获得，为了获得这些参数，必须首先计算铸坯坯壳凝固过程，掌握坯壳各个方面的温度场分布，在此基础上计算坯壳应变分布。为此，我们开发了二冷过程动态分析软件。 |

| Abstract: | In continuous casting process,secondary cooling zone(SCZ) has significant influence on slab quality.Some slab defects,such as inner cracks,center segregations and so on,could be created in bending and straightening sections easily and are closely related with strain condition of slab in SCZ.Because all of those parameters can not be directly measured,to obtain them,the solidification process and temperature distribution along different directions in slab should be known,then based on above knowledgement the strain distribution of slab shell will be calculated.To do this, the dynamic analysis software for secondary cooling process is developed. |
