摘    要:目的 血管闭合微创外科手术中,需要精确控制高频能量发生器的输出功率.根据血管阻抗变化调节高频能量发生器输出功率是提高血管闭合成功率的有效手段.为实现血管闭合过程中血管阻抗的检测,需要测量输出电压和血管闭合回路中的输出电流,为此本文开发了一套基于LabVIEW的阻抗检测系统.方法 系统包括硬件隔离调理电路、基于DAQ卡和LabVIEW的数据采集与处理系统.最后利用已知阻抗的无感功率电阻验证该系统性能.结果 实验表明该检测系统可以准确地检测高频电流回路中的阻抗.结论 该阻抗检测系统可以用于微创电外科高频电刀的能量控制模块中.

Abstract:Objective In minimally invasive electrosurgery of sealing blood vessel,it is very important to accurately control the output power of the high-frequency generator. It is a useful method to adjust the output power of high-frequency generator according to the change of blood vessel impedance. In order to obtain the target impedance in the blood vessel sealing, the output voltage and current of the blood vessel circuit are needed to be detected. This article develops an impedance detection system based on LabVIEW. Methods The detection system consists of an isolating and conditioning hardware circuit, data acquisition and processing system based on DAQ card and LabVIEW. Certain non-inductance power resistors with known impedances are measured by this system. Results The experimental results show that this detection system detect the output target impedance with high accuracy. Conclusions This system can be applied in the power control module of high-frequency electrotome used in minimally invasive surgery.
