| Abstract: | In this article, the author employs the whole efficient index of the city to make a fixed quantity analysis on the process and principle of the urbanization of Shandong province, and summarizes the structural characters of city efficiency of the whole province which takes on an scaled efficiency, then gives some advice on the development of the city in the future. |
