快速成型和快速模具在发动机进气管开发试制中的应用

摘    要:结合东风自主品牌发动机进气管的开发过程,系统地研究了发动机进气管的试制工艺。比较了几种典型的快速成型和快速模具制造工艺,指出基于快速成型和快速模具技术可实现发动机进气管低成本、小批量的快速试制。

Abstract:Combined with the independent R & D of engine intake manifold of Dongfeng Motor Corporation,the processes for intake manifold rapid trial production of engine are systematically studied in this paper.Specifically,several typical rapid shaping and rapid molding processes are compared,So it is pointed out that the rapid trail production for small batch of engine intake manifold can be realized with low cost by using rapid shaping and rapid molding technologies.
