金属磨损自修复技术在汽车发动机维修中的应用

摘    要:金属磨损自修复技术是自修复材料通过润滑剂为载体,进入摩擦副工作面,经挤压,在金属摩擦表面生成一层铁基硅酸盐耐磨保护层(金属陶瓷层),从而实现在不拆卸原件的情况下对已磨损的零件表面部位进行自动修复.介绍了金属磨损自修复技术的特点、机理及在汽车发动机维护中的应用方法,通过试验研究了自修复技术对发动机性能的影响及自修复材料保护层的摩擦性能、显微硬度,结果表明具有显著的经济效益.
