血液透析联合血液灌流对维持性血液透析患者睡眠的观察

目的:观察常规血液透析(HD)和血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP)对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选2012年2～9月在我院血液净化中心维持性血液透析患者60例,随机分为两组:常规血液透析(HD)组和血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP)组,每组各30例,分别于治疗前和治疗后3个月采血,检测两组患者血β-2微球蛋白(β2-MG)和全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)水平,并采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表进行前后两次睡眠质量评定。结果:①HD组与HD+HP组患者治疗前血β2-MG、iPTH、各种睡眠质量指数、睡眠质量指数量表总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②治疗后HD组患者与治疗前比较血β2-MG、iPTH、各种睡眠质量指数、睡眠质量指数量表总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③HD+HP组在治疗后血β2-MG、iPTH、各种睡眠质量指数、睡眠质量指数量表总分明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规血液透析不能改变维持性血液透析患者的睡眠质量;HD+HP可降低患者体内中大分子毒素,明显改善尿毒症患者的睡眠质量。

Hemodialysis joint hemoperfusion observation of maintenance hemodialysis patients with sleep

Objective：To observe the conventional hemodialysis（HD）and hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion（HD＋HP）sleep quality in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods：The election of 2012 to September of maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital blood purification center 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups：conventional hemodialysis（HD）group and hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion（HD＋HP）group,each group 30 cases,respectively,before treatment and after three months the blood to detect the 2 groups of patients blood β-2-microglobulin（β2-MG）and parathyroid hormone（iPTH）level,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality refers to the number of table two sleep quality assessment.Results：①HD group and HD＋ HP group patients treatment the former blood β2-MG,iPTH the various Sleep Quality Index,Sleep Quality Index total score differences were not statistically significant（P0.05）;②treatment of HD patients blood β2-MG,iPTH,Sleep Quality Index,Sleep Quality Index total score differences were not statistically significan（tP0.05）.③HD ＋HP group blood β2-MG,iPTH,the various sleep quality index,Sleep Quality Index total score decreased significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment.（P 0.05）.Conclusions：Conventional hemodialysis can not change the quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients with sleep;HD ＋ HP macromolecular toxins can reduce the patient＇s body,and significantly improve the quality of sleep of patients with uremia.
