直肠癌患者术前不常规留置胃肠减压的效果观察

目的:观察直肠癌患者术前不常规留置胃肠减压的效果。方法:随机选取我院2011年4～7月直肠癌根治术患者70例为胃肠减压组(对照组),2011年8～12月患者70例为非胃肠减压组(观察组)。比较两组患者术中发生呕吐、误吸发生率以及术后肛门恢复排气时间、术后并发症(咽喉疼痛、恶心呕吐、吻合口漏)发生率。结果:术中:两组患者均未出现呕吐、误吸。术后:观察组比对照组肛门恢复排气时间提前(P<0.05),观察组患者咽喉疼痛、恶心呕吐较对照组减少(P<0.05)。两组患者出现吻合口漏发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不常规放置胃肠减压不会影响直肠癌手术患者术中的安全性,且有利于减少术后并发症,促进患者的术后康复。

The observation of the effect of preoperative none routine nasogastric decompression in colorectal cancer patients

Objective：To observe the effect of preoperative none routine nasogastric decompression in colorectal cancer patients.Method：70 rectal carcinoma patients who receiving radical resection during April,2011 to July,2011 in our hospital were chosen randomly to be a nasogastric decompression group（control group）,other 70 rectal carcinoma patients who receiving radical resection during August,2011 to December,2011 in our hospital were chosen randomly to be a none nasogastric decompression group（observation group）.To compare the two groups with following data：intra-operative occurrence rate of vomiting、error suction,the time for anal recovering exhaust after operation,and the occurrence rate of postoperative complications（sore throat,nausea,vomiting,anastomotic leakage）.Result：During operation：none of patients in two groups was vomiting or error suction.After operation：the time for anal recovering exhaust of observation group is shorter than control group（P0.05）.The number of patients in observation group occurring sore throat、nausea、vomiting is smaller than in control group（P0.05）.The occurrence rate of anastomotic leakage in two groups is no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：None routine nasogastric decompression does not affect the safety of patients during operation.It helps to reduce postoperative complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation for patients.
