321不锈钢连铸水口结瘤的分析及控制

摘    要:通过能谱分析、金相显微镜和扫描电镜对321生产过程中连铸水口结瘤物进行了成分分析、形貌观察和组成物检测,根据检测结果分析研究了水口结瘤的形成机理。结果表明,水口结瘤物中主要存在MgO-Al2O3-CaO系氧化夹杂物和TiN、Ti2O3。消除结瘤要通过改进AOD、LF炉脱氧及LF炉钢水钙处理工艺、加强连铸过程控制等措施来实现。

Abstract:The structure and composition of the clogging were analyzed and the mechanism of the clogging in SEN was discussed by metallographic and SEM-EDS. The results indicated that the main composition of clogging were MgO-Al2O3-CaO、TiN and Ti2O3. Nozzle clogging was avoided effectively, through the process improvements of deoxidation in AOD and LF furnace, calcium treatment in LF furnace, and strengthening the control of the continuous casting process.
