| 摘 要： | 目的了解周至县耿西村老年人的高血压知识现状,评价对老年人进行有关高血压知识的健康教育的效果。方法采取方便抽样的方法,对陕西省周至县耿西村123例老年人进行有关高血压知识的健康教育,通过个别谈话、开展健康知识讲座、发放健康教育小册子等方法,分别于2005年5月至8月进行5次为期16天的有关高血压知识的健康教育。结果健康教育前周至县耿西村老年人的高血压知识水平较低。通过健康教育,周至县耿西村老年人高血压基本知识知晓率明显提高,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够显著提高老年人的高血压知识水平;健康教育同时也能提高老年人的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the knowledge of hypertension among the elderly in Gengxi Village of Zhouzhi County,Shaanxi Province,and evaluate the effects of hypertension health education.Methods We conducted a 16-day health education in hypertension to conveniently sampled 123 elderly people in Gengxi Village of Zhouzhi County,including private consultation,lectures on related knowledge,distribution of pamphlets of health education.Results The elderly people lacked knowledge of hypertension before health education.Their knowledge of hypertension was significantly improved after health education(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can not only greatly improve the elderly people's knowledge of hypertension but also improve their quality of life. |
