搅拌桶中煤矸石沉降的研究

摘    要:将煤矸石用于胶结充填可降低成本,有利于环境保护,煤矸石由于块度大、不均匀系数高,易在搅拌桶内率先沉淀,影响了搅拌效果。对充填浆体制备流程进行了研究分析,发现煤矸石在搅拌均匀的水泥、粉煤灰浆体中的沉降速度要远远小于其在清水中的沉降速度。根据这一特性提出了对充填物料下料顺序的优化。

Abstract:Using Coal gangue as cemented filling material can reduce filling cost and is beneficial to the protection in mine.However,coal gangue particle usually is the first to settle in agitator because its larger particle size and higher heterogeneous coefficient,so greatly affect the agitation effect of filling slurry.The preparation process of filling slurry was investigated,and it was found that the settling rate of coal gangue particle in uniform slurry of cement and fly ash is lower than in water.On the basis...
