| 摘 要： | 应用质子激发Ｘ荧光技术（ＰＩＸＥ）对胃癌、肠癌、肺癌和癌细胞株的钾元素进行了测定，结果发现组织中的钾浓度明显高于正常组织，提示癌细胞高钾可能与细胞分裂速度有关。

| Abstract: | Gastric and colonic cancer tissues, gastric and pulmonary cell lines and corresponding controls were analyzed by the PIXE method. The contents of potassium in rapid hyperplasia tissues were significantly higher than those in slow hyperplasia, but there were no significant differences between cancer and normal cell lines under the same proliferative state. The results suggest that the high contents of potassium in cancerous cells be relative to the velocity of hyperplasia. |
