| 摘 要： | 动物实验和初步人体临床试验研究表明,经冠状动脉灌注或心肌直接注射自体干细胞或祖细胞能减轻心肌的疤痕形成和纤维化,增加心肌新生血管的形成达到增加心肌血流量.一些中药也可通过刺激心肌缺血区各种血管生成因子和旁分泌达到促进血管生长的目标.

| Abstract: | Various experimental and clinical studies provided evidence that perfusion of coronary artery or the infusion or injection of stem or progenitor cells from self-bodies to myocardium may reduce scar formation and fibrosis, increase newly myocardial vascular formation to increase blood flow. And provide an effective method to prevent and cure heart failure. Some herbal medicine may stimulate the release of angiogenesis factors and a paracrine on the surrounding ischemic tissue, thereby enhancing the local angiogenesis. |
