摘    要:本文以95型柴油机为例,用有限元法计算了其传递特性和振动响应;并通过试验记录了各主要外部构件的振动特性,得到了10000Hz以内的频谱图;同时,还用声强法测量了标定工况下的辐射噪声。计算和试验结果显示油底壳、缸体、正时齿轮盖是该机最主要的辐射噪声源。文中还探讨了降低辐射噪声的途径。

Abstract:The delivering characteristic and vibrating response on the 195 type diesel engine were computed applying the Limited Element Method. We recorded the frequency chart for vibration of its exterior parts, and acquired the frequency spectrum diagram within 10000 Hz. What's more, we measured the radiation noise at the max output status using the Sound IntensityMeasurementMethod. Those all suggested that the ultimate main source of radiation noise is the drain pan, the cylinder block and the time modifying gear shell. The approaches to solve the problem of radiation noise also were discussed in the paper.
