季铵化聚乙烯亚胺的缓蚀与杀菌性能研究

摘    要:制备了季铵化的聚乙烯亚胺(QPEI),采用静态挂片失重法研究了在0.5mol/L硫酸溶液中QPEI对低碳钢的缓蚀性能;以大肠杆菌(E.coli)为致病菌体,采用平板活菌记数法研究了QPEI的抗菌活性,并使用TTC-脱氢酶活性测定法,研究了QPEI的抗菌机理。结果表明,QPEI对低碳钢具有十分优良的缓蚀作用,同时具有很强的抗菌性能,其缓蚀作用抗菌作用基于杀菌过程,而不只是抑菌过程。

Abstract:Quaternary Polyethyleneimine(QPEI) was prepared and the corrosion inhibition property of QPEI for low carbon steel which was dipped in aqueous solution of H2SO4 of 0.5mol/L were mainly investigated by using weight-loss method,and the antimicrobial ability of this polymeric quaternary ammonium salt was researched with the method of plate counting live bacterium by using Escherichia Coli as a disease-leading bacterium.The antimicrobial mechanism of QPEI was studied more deeply via measuring the activities of TTC-dehydrogenase.The experiment results show that QPEI possesses excellent corrosion inhibition property and very strong antimicrobial ability.The results of measuring activities of TTC-dehydrogenase show that the antimicrobial mechanism of QPEI is based on a sterilizing bacterium process,and not only is based on a restraining action.
