中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的Meta分析

目的:运用Meta分析,综合评价中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:全面收集国内期刊公开发表的中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床试验资料,采用Jadad质量标准对文献进行评价,并利用RevMan4.2软件对多个研究结果的总体效应进行Meta分析,并进行敏感性分析;用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结果:7篇文献符合纳入标准,均属于低质量文献。中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。敏感性分析显示评价结果较为稳定;漏斗图图形不对称,考虑存在发表性偏倚。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有一定疗效。

Meta-Analysis of Ulcerative Colitis treated with Retention-enema of Chinese Herb

Objective：Applying the method of Meta-Analysis,generally evaluation the therapeutic effect of retention-enema of Chinese herb treating Ulcerative Colitis （UC）.Methods：All reports of clinical trials of retention-enema of Chinese herb treating UC.All literatures were assessed via Jadad quality standard and the Meta-Analysis to the total effect of the study results was evaluated by the statistical software of RevMan4.2.Sensitivity were an analyzed;funnel-plot analysis was used to identify the publication bias.Results：Seven reports were identified,and they were low quality in methodology.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than of the control group,and differences have statistics significance.Sensitivity analysis reveals a relatively stable result;Funnel-plot is asymmetrical,which shows the possible existence of publication bias.Conclusion：Retention-enema of Chinese herb treating UC have certain therapeutic effect.
