电力企业离退休员工的管理

当前电力企业离退休人员的管理服务工作处于比较薄弱的状况。很多企业离退休管理工作受企业的经营状况以及领导人的思想觉悟等因素影响，各项待遇的落实很不平衡，同时有的电力企业已退休的人员和企业风险挂钩也很不公平，经济规律的客观要求和现实管理模式弊端，也需要对企业退休人员养老有新的政策考虑。基于此主要提出了几点电力企业离退休员工的管理建议。

The management service of retirees of power enterprise is in a weak situation. Many manage- ment works of retirees axe influenced by enterprise＇ s performance, political consciousness of leader and other factors, implementation of each treatment is unbalanced, meanwhile some retirees of power enter- prise and enterprise risk hook axe unfair, in addition objective requirement of economic law and corrupt practice of practical management mode, new policy for providing for the aged of retirees is needed to be considered, this paper proposes some management adviees for retirees of power enterprise based on these situation.
