头针结合天井穴治疗卒中后肘关节痉挛瘫痪15例

摘    要:目的:研究头皮针结合天井穴对卒中后肘关节痉挛瘫痪的疗效。方法:在统一诊断标准以及入选标准的前提下,统一针刺方法,采用修改的Ashworth痉挛评定级、Brunnstrom分级,Barthel氏ADL指数分别评定痉挛程度、运动功能水平、日常生活能力,评价该针法对脑卒中后肘关节痉挛瘫痪患者的疗效。结果:头针结合天井穴针刺对卒中后肘关节痉挛状态的改善,运动功能水平、日常生活能力均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:头针结合天井穴针刺在改善卒中后肘关节痉挛瘫痪方面具有一定的优势,可提高患者的运动功能水平,日常生活能力。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of combined scalp acupuncture and point Tianjing for treating Spastic paralysis of the elbow after stroke.Methods:Under the unified diagnosis and inclusion criteria,Courtyard through the scalp acupuncture combined point Tianjing with scalp acupuncture plus points antagonist muscle control,modified Ashworth spasm rating,Brunnstrom rating and Barthel'ADL index were used to evaluate the spastic degree,motor function and ability in daily life and to examine the result of assessing the curative effects of two acupuncture emethods on spastic status in spastic paralysis of elbow after stroke patients.Results:Scalp acupuncture combined point Tianjing significantly better than scalp acupuncture plus points antagonist muscle in improving spastic status,motor function and ability in daily life(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined point Tianjing has some advantage of improving the spastic paralysis of the elbow after stroke.
